MALAWI TO ERUPT INTO STRIFE, PROPHECIES OF BUSHIRI

Bushiri: Predicts disaster
for Malawi

Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of
the Enlightened Christian
Gathering (ECG) in Mzuzu has
prophesied political strife in
Malawi in the near future.

Bushiri revealed the
prophecies God has shown
him on Thursday during a
radio interview with Straight
Talk programme on Capital
FM.

He says he sees “a dark cloud”
covering the country which
he said is sign of disaster.

“I am seeing few things that
are going to happen,” he said.
“There will be something like
a riot that is going to be born
and the battle field is going to
be in the city of Blantyre.”

Bushiri, who recently
prophesied of a building
burning in Mzuzu and few
days later, a restaurant went
ablaze, said Malawi will be in
“trouble” in three to four months time.

“Two [political] parties are
going to combine to form one
and this is going to cause some
problems in this country,” he
said.

“Blantyre is going to be
affected so much as I said the
battle field will be Blantyre,”
the prophet said.

Bushiri pointed out that
Malawi has always been
known to be a peaceful nation
but in his vision, he saw that
“very soon [Malawi] is not
going to be peaceful.”

Recently Bushiri also
prophesised that a market in
Lilongwe will be on fire soon
and that the Chancellor
College, Polytechnic and
University of Malawi stand- off on academic freedom will
not end peacefully until one
group suffers.

He has, however, called the
Christian community, and all
faith groups to pray hard for
the country, saying all these
disasters can only be saved
through prayers.

“The only solution is for
people to pray for our
country. We need time to
pray to God,” he said. @Nyasa Times
